July 19, 1966 - Page 3 <br />252 where it touches his property, and was advised by the Mayor that the <br />eighty feet they are taking includes trEe lawns. <br />Ordinance No. 66-148 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the <br />Zone Map adopted as part of the Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereon of certain <br />land from its present designation thereon as B Residence Single to Retail <br />Business General. Mr. Mangani moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster. <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani. <br />Ordinance No. 66-149 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the <br />Zone Map adopted as part of the Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereof of certain land <br />from its present designation thereon as Retail Business General to B Residence <br />Single. Mr. Mangani moved for adoption, sECOnded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative <br />vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani, <br />Resolution No. 66-153 was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to advertise for bids for an <br />all-purpose vehicle for the Fire Deparfiment. Mr. Eian moved for adoption, seconded <br />by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani, <br />Ordinance No. 66-154 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending paragraph <br />I of Ordinance No. 2414 enacted Deeember 18, 1956, which amended Ordinance No. <br />2098, enacted March I, 1955, entitled "An Ordinanee creating position of Dog <br />Warden and fixing compensation and bond therefor." Mr. Caster moved for adoption, <br />seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani. <br />Ordinance No. 66-155 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Titie <br />7, Chapter 351 entitled "Parking Generally" and Codified Ordinance No. 305.01 <br />entitled "Traffic Control Map" and Codified Ordinance No, 305,02 entitled <br />"Traffic Control File" by adding Section 351.13 entitled IlTo prohibit parking on <br />Lorain Road on both sides from McKenzie east to Fairview line, at all times". <br />Mr. Eian moved for adoption of the oedinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirma- <br />tive vote was Caster, Foltz. Negative vote was Eian, Hodgins, Mangani. The <br />ordinance did not pass. <br />Resolution No. 66-172 was given its second reading. Resolution accepting the <br />improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. I. <br />Resolution No. 66-173 was given its second reading. A Resolution accepfiing the <br />improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. 2. <br />Resolution No. 66-174 was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting the <br />improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. 3. <br />Resolution No. 66-175 was given its second reading.
