l May 17, 1966 - Page 6 Ordinance No. 66-137 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance to amend Section I of Ordinance No. 66-III, passed April 19, 1966, to clarify the purpose for whlch the notes and bonds authorized by that ordinance are being issued, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mr. Mangani then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative voi-e thereon was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. A discussion was held on a decision contained in the Planning Cammission minutes of May 10, 1966, on Page 2, Item (c), wherein they rejected the proposed rezon- ing of parcels of Medical Realty. It was decided to have a special meeting with the Planning Commission to further discuss the matter, and in the meartime to ask for legislation to be prepared for the rezoning, so that it would be ready for the next Council meeting, if Council decides to go ahead. Mr. Mangani moved that the request from the Planning Commission for a thirty- day extension for further study of the Phillip Engoglia Subdivision Nc. 2 te granted. Motion was seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. The Clerk was instructed to so adviss the Planring Commission. Mr. Mangani requested that legislation be prepared to change the name of West 237th Street to Brendan Lane. A date for a public hearing will be set at the next meeting. Mr. Mangani requested that legislation be prepared approving the rezoning request of Medical Realty, Inc. for rezoning a parcel of land at the corner of Lorair and Route 252, relocated, the metes and bounds to be obtained from the architect, William Koster, The Arcade, Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Hodgins requested that a resolution directed to the Director, Department of Liquor Control, State of Ohio, Donald D. Cook, be prepared stating Council's opposition to Application No. H59891 in the name of Harry Constarrtine, beirig for a D-5 permit, such legislation to be written on an emergency basis. Mr. Foltz requested that legislation be prepared to amend Cadified Ordinance No. 517.07, as recommended in his report, a copy of which recommended amerdmenl- was furnished to the Clerk of Council. A meeting was set for 7:30 P.M. on May 24th for Council as a whole to meet with the Planning Commission for a didcussion of the proposed rezoning requested by Medical Realty, Inc. Mr. Caster requested that legislation be prepared to establish an equalization board to hear the objections on the Southern Avenue storm sewer assessments, the names of the members to be left blank.
