Cook, of the objection of the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio to appi+ca- tion Nos. H65325 and 7406841 in the name of Riveredge Apartments, inc., ard declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for suspension of the rule requir- ing three separate readirgs of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirma-- tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mrs. Hadgirts then moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Ordinance No. 66-133 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first readir:g. An Ordinance acceptinq for dedication Great Northern Boulevard from Country Ciub Boulevard East apRroximately 1200 feet. Resolution No. 66-134 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins and given its first r-eadi ng. A Resolution authorizfng the Director of Public Service and Public Safety tc direct the City Engineer to make a feasibility study regarding the need for and location of an incinerator for the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 66-135 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and put on first readir7g. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Nor-th Olmsted Board of Education for the transfer of land. The resolution was referred to the Public Parks, Property and Recreation Committee for study. Resolutlon No. 66-136 was fntroduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution amending Resolution No. 66-117 enacted May 4, 1966, entitled "A Resolution authoriziny the Mayor to advertise for bids for a combined or package insurance policy for the City" and declar-ing an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension ofi the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmat'ive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, rcitz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
