<br />Ordinance No. 66-124 was introduced by Mr. Limpert, An Ordlnance authoriziny
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />235-14-9 being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for
<br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspensior:
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by
<br />Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Martgari.
<br />Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vute
<br />was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-125 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance ta trar..s7=er
<br />appropriations and to make additional appropriations for current expenses and
<br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the fiscal year
<br />ending December 31, 1966, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote thereon was Caster, Eian, Faltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption, seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani:
<br />Ordinance No. 66-126 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. An Ordinance recognizinq
<br />a claim against the City and authorizing payment thereof.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved'.that Ordinance No. 66-127 be placed in emergency legisiation,
<br />and that the dateJune I, 1966 be included at the bottom of Page I, and Secticn
<br />3 be amended to make it effective on an emergency basis. Motion was seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster. After some discussion, Mr. Caster withdrew his second, Mr.
<br />Mangani withdrew his motion, and Mr. Mangani moved to amend the ordinance tc;
<br />include the date June I, 1966 on the bottom of page I. Motion was seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-127 was then introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance amendiny
<br />Section I of Ordinance No. 66-243 effective October 5, 1965, which amended
<br />Ordinance No. 65-44 enacted February 16, 1965, which amended Ordinance No. 63-7
<br />enacted January 2, 1963, which amended Ordinance No. 3121 enfiitled "An Ordinanc.e
<br />relating to compensation of employees of the Municipal Bus Line". Mr. Limpert
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative v:?te

<br />Mrs. Hodgins moved to amend Resolution No . 66-128 to add "declaring an emergercy"
<br />to the title , and to include the application for a D-5 permit, #7406841, also
<br />in the name of Riveredge Apartments, Inc. in the objection, and to amend Sectior
<br />2 to make it effective immediately, by'.reasan of fihe'fact-that Council has or,ly
<br />thirty days to fiile its objection. Motion was seconded by Mr. Gaster. "Yeas"
