<br />Mr. Caster requested that no action be taken tonight on No$. 66-81, 66-95, 66--96,
<br />66-97, 66=98, 66-99, and 66-100. He further asked that Nos. 66,129 and 66-130 be
<br />given their second reading tonight, but that a note be entered that'the plats arE
<br />incomplete.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-80 was given its third reading. An Ordinance accepting for ije(ji--
<br />cation Driscoll Lane from Dover Center Road to Carsten Lane; Duane Road from
<br />Driscoll Lane northeast 250.91 feet; Carsten Lane from Driscoll Lane to Leen'Jers
<br />Lane; Ross Circle from Carsten Lane wesi- to its terminus in a cul-de-sac; Caton
<br />Place from Carsten Lane west to its terminus in a cul-de-sac and Leenders Lane fr-am
<br />Carsten Lane west 522.55 feet. A report on the swale was requested from the Engineer
<br />and after some discussion Mr. Caster moved for adoptian, seconded by Mr. Manyani.
<br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Resolution No. 66-94 was given its third reading. A Resolution accepting for
<br />reeord purposes only Columbia Land Development Subdivision No. 4, Mr. Mangani
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster. AffirmativQ vote was Caster, Eiari,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Mr. Foltz moved that Ordinance No. 66-101 be amended in Section 3 to read as ficilows:
<br />Whoever violates this ordinance shall bE deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined
<br />not more than $25.Q0. Motion was seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-108 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Chapter
<br />517 of the General Offenses of the Codified Ordinances entitled %ittering and
<br />deposit of garbage, rubbish, junk, etc." by adding a new paragraph thereto, which
<br />paragraph shall be Paragraph C, and entitling said Paragraph C"Littering and de-
<br />posit of garbbge, rubbish, junk and automobiles, etc.". Mr. Foltz moved for adoption
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, L.impert,
<br />Mangani.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-115 was given its second reading. An Ordinance appropriatinq Two
<br />Hundred and no/100 ($200.00) Dollars for the tndependencc Day Program for the resi-
<br />dents of North Olmsted.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-122 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing arid
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-15-22
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mr. Mangani moved for adoption seconded by Mre Eiar
<br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-123 was introduced by Mr. Eian, An Ordinance authorizing and
