<br />Line on the northeasterly side, Mr. Caster moved to adopt the ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Mangani. Mr. Eian maved that the Ordinance be amended deleting the words in
<br />the title beginning w•ith "Wellesley Avenue from Elmhur-st" and continuing through
<br />"northeasterly side of Elmhurst Road", and any reference to Wellesley, Whitehaven
<br />and Elmhurst within the ordinanc:e be deleted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Limperfi.

<br />Ordinance No. 66-63 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending North
<br />Olmsted Codified Ordinance Chapter 1345, Section 1345.05 entitied "Standards fcr
<br />Residential Pools" by enac`ring Subsections 5, 6, 7 and 8 tc) par-agraph entitled
<br />"Construction" and amending Subsectior; 2 of paragraph entit!ed "Mechanical".

<br />Resolution No. 66-64 was given its third readirig. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Service and Publ3c 5afety 1-o direct fihe City Engineer to pro-
<br />ceed with the plans of the paving of Southern Avenue fr-om the easterly subdlvision
<br />line of Southern Avenue Subdivisiun east to a point appraximately 60 feet east
<br />of Burns Road; Midvafe HvenUe from a point 60 fieet west of Decker Road east to the
<br />easterly rFght of way Iine of E3urns Road; and Decker Road from Southern Avenue to
<br />Midvaie Avenue. Mr. Caster maved for adoptiori of the r-esolut'ion, seconded by

<br />Ordinance No. 66-67 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Section 2
<br />and Section 3 of Ordinance Noo 64-II0 enacted May 19, 1964, entitled "An Ord-inance
<br />authorizing the Chief of the Glvision of Fire to estabiish fire lanes on certain
<br />conditions, providing for the towQng away of vehicles standing or- parked in fiire
<br />lanes and removing other obstructions from fire lanes and establishing a penalty."
