An Ordinance recognizing a <br />claim against the City ana authorizinq payment thereaf. <br />Ordinance No. 66-72 was introduced by Mr. Manqani. An Ordinance authorizinq and <br />directing the cancellation cf special assessments on Permanent Parce! No. 237-3-44 <br />being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral, and declaring <br />an emergency.
