<br />Ordinance No. 66-72 was introduced by Mr. Manqani. An Ordinance authorizinq and
<br />directing the cancellation cf special assessments on Permanent Parce! No. 237-3-44
<br />being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Manqani moved to suspend the rule requiring thr-ee separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vofie was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Manganl, West. Mr. Manqani then moved to adopt the ordinance,
