April 5, 1966 - Page 5 Ordinance No. 66-56 was given its third readinq. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2407 enacted December 4, 1956, as amended by Ordinance No. 2861 enacted June 16, 1959 as amended by Ordinance No. 64-169 enacted August 4, 1964, entitled "An Ordinance creatinq the position of Recreation Director, Recreation Instruc- tors, Playqround Helpers and other recreation personnel and fixing compensation therefor". Mr. Eian moved for adoption of the ordinance, secorided by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, L9mpert, Manqani, West. Ordinance No. 66-63 was qiven its second readinq. An Ordinance amendinq North Olmsted Codified Ordinance Chapter 1345, Section 1345.05 entitled "Standards for Residential Pools" by enactinq Subsections 5, 6, 7 and 8 to paraqraph entitled "Construction" and amending Subsection 2 of paragraph entitled "Mechanical". Resolution No. 66-64 was given its second readinq. A Resalution authorizing the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to direct the City Enqineer to proceed with the plans for the pavfng of Southern Avenue from the easterly sub- division line of Southern Avenue Subdivision east to a pdint approximateiy 60 feet east of Burns Road; Midvale Avenue from a point 60 fieet west of Decker Road east to the easterly right of way line of Burns Road; and Decker Road from Sauthern Avenue to Midvale Avenue. Resolution No. 66-65 was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizinq the Director of Public Service and Pubiic Safety to direct the City Engineer to pro- ceed with the plans and specifications for sidewalks for pover Center Road from Lorain Road north to the Municipal Corporation Limits. Mr. Caster called atten- tion to the fact that Dover Road sidewalks are included in Resolution No. 66-54. Mr. Caster then moved that Resolution No. 66-65 be tabled. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani. Afflrmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert, Manqani, West. Ordinance No. 66-66 was given its second readinq. An Ordinance amendinq Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted Chapter 903, Section 903.01 entitled "Permit Required: Fee and Refund" Mr. Foltz moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmai-ive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Llmpert, Manqani, West. Mr. Foltz then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert, Manqani, West. Ordinance Na. 66-67 was qiven its second reading. An Ordinance amendinq Section 2 and Section 3 of Ordinance No. 64-I10 enacted May 19, 1964, entitled "An Ordinance authorizinq the Chief of the Division of Fire to establish fire lanes on certain conditions, providing for the towing away of vehicles standing or parked in fire lanes and removinq other obstructions from fire lanes and esta- blishing a penalty." Ordinance No. 66-69 was given its second reading. An Ordinance recognizing a claim againsfi the City and authorizing payment thereof.
