He also suggested that the traf- <br />fic light at Columbia and Lorain be set so that it is red on all four sides for <br />possibly ten seconds. The Safety-Service Director explafned thafi new liqhts and <br />controls are being installed at this intersection within the next few months. <br />Ordinance No. 66-49 was qiven its third reading. An Ordlnance creatinq petty <br />cash funds for the Police Department, Fire pepartment and the Mayor's Secretary. <br />Mr. Limpert moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Manqani. <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-52 was given its third reading. An Ordinance accepting for <br />dedication Tree Lane from Woodview Drive south and west to its terminus. <br />Mr. Caster moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Manqani. <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert, Manqani, West. <br />Resolution No. 66-53 was qiven its third reading. A Resolution acceptinq the <br />improvement plans for Sandy Ridqe Subdivision No. 2. Mr. Caster moved for <br />adoption of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Manqani. Affirmative vote was <br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-54 was qiven its second reading, as amended. An Ordinance <br />insfiructing the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to direct the City <br />Enqineer to prepare plans and specifications for sidewalks for the 1966 side- <br />walk proqram for Alexander Road from Clague Road to the easterly corporation <br />line of the City of North Olmsted on the north and south sides; Wellesley Avenue <br />from Elmhurst Road to Broxbourne Road on the east side of Wellesley Avenue; <br />Whitehaven Road from Elmhurst Road to Broxbourne Road on the east side of <br />Whitehaven Road; Elmhurst Road from Lorain Road to Whitehaven Road on the north- <br />easterly side of Elmhurst Road: Dover Center Road from Lorain Road to the <br />northerly corporation line of the City of North Olmsted on the west side; Kennedy <br />Ridqe Road from Great Northern Boulevard to Columbia Road on the north side <br />excludinq the area within the proposed Interstate I-80 right of way; and Barton <br />Road from Lorain Road north to the County Line on the northeasterly side. <br />At this point Councilman Dewey Limpert asked to qo on record as feelinq that the <br />Garden City area should be deleted from the sidewalk proqram for this year, as <br />requested by the residents, who asked that sidewalks be delayed until after the <br />sewers are put in. Mr. Limpert observed that this wbuld'not'effect any residents <br />other than those invoived in the immediate area. <br />Resolution No. 66-55 was given its third reading, A Resolufiion authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service and Public Safety to direct fihe City Engineer to <br />brinq the plats and improvement plans for Great Northern Boulevard, proposed, <br />up to date, in line with the approved locafiion of Stafie Roufie 252. Mr. Vangani <br />moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote <br />was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, Wesfi.
