Mr. West moved.for adoption, <br />?: seconded by Mr. Manqani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, <br />Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-43 was given its third readi.ng.. An.ardinance .approving the <br />edlting and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component <br />codes of the Codified Ordinances of North Olmsted, Oh-io, 1961. Mr. Foltz moved <br />for adoption of the ordinance, seeonded by Mr. Caster. Afflrmative vote was <br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-49 was given its second reading. An Ordinaraee creating petty <br />cash funds for the Police DePartment, Fire Department and Ms•yor's Secretary. <br />Ordinance No. 66-52 was given its second reading, An Ordinance accepting for <br />dedication Tree Lane from Woodview Drive south and wes# to its terminus. <br />Resolution No. 66-53 was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting the <br />improvement plans for Sandy Ridqe Subdivision No. 2. <br />Ordinance No. 66-54 was given its second reading. An Ordlnance instructing the <br />Director of Pubiic Service and Public Safety to direct the City Engineer to <br />prepare plans and specifications for sidewalks for the 1966-sidewalk program for <br />Alexander Road from Claque Road to the.easte-rly corporafiion line of the City of <br />North Olmsted on the north and south sides: VJellesley Avenue from Elmhurst <br />Road to Broxbourne Road on the east side of Wellesley Avenue; Whitehaven Road <br />from Elmhurst Road to Broxbourne Road on the east side of WhitepaveFl RQad; Elmhurst <br />Road from Larain Road to Whitehaven Road on the north side of E_I.mhurst Road; <br />Dover Center Road, from Lorain Road to the northerly corporation line of the <br />City of North Olmsted on the west side; Kennedy Ridge Road from Great Northern <br />Boulevard to Columbia Road on the north side-exeluding the area within the <br />proposed Interstate I-80 right of way; and Barton Raad, from Lorain Road north <br />to the county line on the east side. <br />Mr. Caster moved to amend the ordinance to read that sidewalk installation on <br />Elmhurst is to be on the northeasterly side rather than the north side, and on <br />Barton on the northeasterly side rather #han the east side, the changes to be <br />made both in the headinq and in Section I. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani. <br />"Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. West. The amended <br />ordinance will be on second readinq at the next meeting. <br />Resolution No. 66-55 was qlven its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the <br />Direcfior of Public Service and Public Safe'ty to direct the City Engineer to <br />bring the plats and improvement plans for Great Northern Boulevard, Proposed, <br />up to date, in line with the approved location of State Route 252. <br />Ordinance No..66-56 was given its second reading. An Ordlnance amending <br />Ordinance No. 2407 enacted December 4, 1956, as amended by Ordinance No. 2861
