Mr. Caster moved for suspension <br />of the rule requirfng three separate read:ings. Motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Mangani. Affirmative <br />vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-63 was lntroduced by Mr. Foltz and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending North Olmsted Codified Ordinance Chapter 1345, Section <br />1345.05 entitled "Standards for Residentlal Pools" by enacting Subsections 5, 6, <br />7, and 8 to Paragraph entitled "Construction" and amending Subsection 2 of <br />paraqraph entitled "Mechanical". <br />Resolution No. 66-64 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its.firsl- reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Direetor of Public Service and Public Safety to <br />direct the City Engineer to proceed with the plans for the paving of Southern <br />Avenue from the easterly subdivision ilne of Southern Avenue Subdivislon east <br />to a point approximately 60 feet east of Burns Road; M(dvale Avenue from a <br />point sixty feet west of Decker Avenue east to the easterly riqht of way of <br />Burns Road; and Decker Avenue from Southern Avenue to Midvale Avenue. <br />Resolution No. 66-65 was introduced by Mr. Caste-r and given its first reading: <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service and.Pub..lic Safety to <br />direct the City Engineer to proceed with the plans and speclfications tor sidewalks <br />for pover Center Road from Lorain Road north to the Municipal Corporation limits. <br />Ordinance No. 66-66 was introduced by Mr. Foltz. An Ordinance amending Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted Charter 903, Section 903.01 entitled <br />"Permit required; fee and refund". Mr. Caster moved to amend the ordinance <br />as follows: In the first paragraph as amended,"undedicated subdivisions" be <br />substituted for "new developments"; in the second,third and fourth paraqraphs, <br />the word "deposit" be deleted, and the word "fee" substituted; and in the <br />last paragraph the wording be as follows: "Under no circumstances will the fee <br />or a portion thereof be returned to the lawful owner or party making the deposit <br />of the fee."
