An Ordinance amending OrdInance <br />No. 65-344 as enacted ,lanuar.y 18, 1966 entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Safety <br />Service Director to adverfiise for bids on<the real property located on Summerland <br />Avenue within the City of North 04msted according to the terms and pr-ovisions of <br />Ohlo Revised Code 721.01 and 721.03" by insertinq therein and impressing upon the <br />real property a sanitary sewer easement and to its descripi-ion, and decfaring an <br />emergency, Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate <br />readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, <br />FoVtz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Resolution No. 66-47 was introduced by Mrs. Hodqins. A Resolution authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service and Public Safsty to advertise for bids for gas and diesel <br />fuel and lubrieating oil, and deelaring an enaergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for suspen- <br />sion of the rule requiring three separate readings of the resolution, seconded by Mr. <br />Caster. An Ordinance amending Ordinance 3052, <br />enacted June 21, 1960, as amended by Ordinance Na. 62-127, enacted July 10, 1962, as <br />amended by Ordinance No. 64-58 enacted March 3, 1964, as amended by Ordinance No. 65- <br />288, enacted December 21, 1965, entitled "An Ordinance creating the position of <br />Auditor's Secretary classification and fixing compensation therefor" and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. West moved for suspensi-on of the rule requiring three separate readings <br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Atfirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert-, <br />Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caste <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West. Mr. Wes1- <br />then moved that Ordinance No. 66-48 be referred to the Civil Service Commission for <br />their action. Motion was seconded by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqlns, <br />Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-49 was introduced by Mr. Limpert and given lts first reading. An <br />Ordinance creating petty cash funds for the Police Department, Fire Department and <br />Mayor's Secretary. <br />Ordinance No. 66-50 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ot-dinance authorizing the pur- <br />chase of real property for the expansion of the City Departments, and deciaring <br />an emergency.
