The Engineer and the Finance <br />? Director have reviewed this, and recommend that $10 fee be set up where qrades <br />and plans are available, but not prepared by the Clty, wher°e the existing walk <br />level has to be met, or developers have their own plans. A charge of $30.00 <br />is recommended for a1i other permits, a flat fee with no refunds. <br />Mr. Caster asked that legislation be prepared instructing the Safety-Servlce <br />Director to have the Engineer prepare plans and specifications for sidewalks tor <br />-the first phase of the 1966 sidewalk program. <br />Mrs. Hodgins requested that the Safety-Service Director be authorized to direct <br />the City Engineer to make a study of an incinerator for the City. <br />Mr. Manqani moved that thirty-day extensions be granted on Sarldy Ridqe #V ana <br />#2 as requested by the Planning Commission. Motion was seconded by Mre Caster. <br />"Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Mr. Mangani calVed attention to the request from the Board of Zoning Appea6s <br />for consideration of amending our sign ordinance as to theater signs. The <br />Clerk was instructed to forward this request to the Planning Commission for <br />action. <br />Mr. Caster requested that legislation be drawn for the Safety-Service Direc:-ror <br />to instruct the Engineer to bring the plats and improvement plans for Gr-eafi <br />Northern Boulevard up to date, in line with the approved relocation of Stafie <br />Route 252. <br />?
