Mr. West moved for suspension <br />of the rule requir°ing three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirma- <br />tive vote was Caster, Efan, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West <br />then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Eian. An Ordlnance authorizinq and <br />directing the cance[lation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 232-2-52 <br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers, and declarinq an eme.rgency.
