<br />Ordinance No. 66-24 was introdueed by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorfzing ar.d
<br />dfrectinq the cancellation of speclal assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />231-21-32 beinq an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for
<br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension
<br />of the rule requir°ing three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Efan, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West
<br />then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative
<br />vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.

<br />directing the cance[lation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 232-2-52
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />sewers, and declarinq an eme.rgency. Mr. Eian moved for suspension of the r•ule
<br />requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Limpert.

<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Foltz moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West, Mr. Foltz then moved
<br />for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Atfirmative vote was

<br />Ordinance No. 66-28 was introduced by Mr. Foltz. An Ordinance providing for the
<br />submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted the question of amending
<br />Article IX, Section 2 of the North Olmsted Charter-, and declaring an emergency.

<br />the resolution, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
