<br />Ordlnance No. 66-5 was qFven its third. rea4i?+q. An 4rdlnance adding to
<br />Codified Ordinance No. 305.01 entitled Traffic Control Map and Codified
<br />Ordinance No. 305.02 entitled Traffic Control File prohibiting a left turn
<br />into Brookpark Road from the westbound Iane on Lorain Road. Mrs. Hodgins
<br />moved for adoption of the ordinanee, secondsd by Mr. Mangani, Affirmative
<br />vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 66-10 was qiven its third reading. A Resolution approving,
<br />for record purposes only, the proposed subdivision. known as William Boettler
<br />Subdivision. Mr. Mangani moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Manqani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-15 was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the-Mayor to enter into a contract with Cuyahoga County for the widening
<br />and improving of Dover Center Road firom Lorain Road approximately 400 feet
<br />north.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-16 was given its second reading. An Ordinance prohibiting
<br />the opening of the pavement on Dover Center Road from the intersection of
<br />Lorain Road to approximately 400 feet north of Lorain Road for a period of
<br />five (5) years, except for emergeney or necessary repairs.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved to correct Ordinance No. 66-16 in Section I by changing
<br />the third line to read 11400 feet North" instead of 11200 feet North".
<br />Motion was seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />roltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-18 was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting for
<br />dedication Delmere Drive from Clague Road to Clayton Drive; Beaumont Drive
<br />from Delmere Drive to Amesbury Drive; Clayton Drive from Delmere Drive to
<br />Amesbury Drive and Amesbury Drive from Clayton Drive to Beaumont Drive, Rose
<br />Tree Subdfvision No. I.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-23 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />and dlrecting the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel'
<br />No. 239-22-32 being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule
<br />requirinq three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Mangani moved
<br />for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West.
