<br />Ordinance No. 66-21 was introduced by Mr. West. An ardinance authorizing and direct-
<br />ing the cancellation of special assesstnents on Permanent Parcel No. 231-24-19 being
<br />an assessment for preparation of plans and spec3ficafiions for sanitary sewers, and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the t-ule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mrs Hodgins. Afflrmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the
<br />ordlnance, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Aftirmative vote was-Caster, Eian, Foltz,

<br />President 0'Neill requested a flve-minute recess for the Appointments Committee to
<br />meet and consider the recommendations for eppointments made by the Mayor. The
<br />meetinq was recessed at 9:07 P.M.
<br />The meeting reconvened at 9:16 P.M.
<br />Mr. Caster, Chairman of the Appointments Committee, advised that the commitfiee had
<br />met and concurred with the Mayor's recommendations. He then moved that Council
<br />approve the appointment of Richard Labas as City Engineer. Motion was seconded
<br />by Mr. Eian. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foitz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West.
<br />Mr. Caster then moved that Council approve the appointment of William Scheeff to
<br />serve a term on the Board of Zoning Appeals to end Oecember 31, 1970. Motion was
<br />seconded by Mr. Manqani. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />West.
