<br />An Ordinance prohibiting the openinq of the pavement on Dover Center Road from
<br />the intersection of Lorain Road to approximately 400 feet north of Lorain Road for
<br />a period of five (5) years, except for emerqency or necessary repairs. Mr. Caster
<br />moved, seconded by Mr. Manqani, to refer the ordinance to the Planning Commission.

<br />gratitude o# the City of North Olmsted to George H. Christman for his long and
<br />faithful service to the City, and declaring an emergency. At the unanimous request
<br />of the members of Council, the resolution was read in its entirety. Mr. Limpert
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
