The Committee recommended that the Se-t-vice-Director notify property owners on Burns Road where sidewalk is to be replaced, and fwrther recommended that where damage occurred because of expandfng tres roots, the City remove the cause at their expense. The Committee further recommended that the-Law Qirector revi$w the proposed agreement from the County Engineer for the improvement of Dover-Center Road on the Northerly side of its intersectipn with Lorain, and prepare legislation for the City to pay 25% of fihe cost of the improvement. Ordinance No. 65-312 was given its 5econd read,ing. An Ordinance adopting the minimum standards for residential swimming pools as established by the National Swimming Pool Institute. 4D Resolution No. 65-314 was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service and Pubiic Safety to adveftise for bid$ for a 1966 one-half ton pick-up truck for the-Sewage Treatment Planfi. Resolution No. 65-316 was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Kacl Kiesel Subdivision, and deelaring.an emergency. Mr. Mangani read a letter from Mr. Kiesel, aqreeing to install a drain in his subdivision at the City's request. Mr. Mangani then moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the resolution, seconded by Mr. West.
