<br />Ordinance No. 66-I was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance amendinq Ordinance
<br />No. 65-318, entitled "An Ordinance establishing a Division of Engineerinq to
<br />be headed by a C1ty Engineer within the Department of Pubiic Service, and
<br />declaring an emerqency", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wesfi moved for sus-
<br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was CastQr, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by
<br />Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />West.
<br />Ordlnance No. 66-2 was introduced by Mr. Foltz. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to hire engineering services not performed by the City Engineer and to
<br />sign a contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Foltz mpved for
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr. Eian, Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Foltz then moved for adoption of the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-3 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance apprppriating
<br />$250.00 for the Bus Drivers Safety Award Dinner to bQ held in February, 1966.
<br />? Mr. Limpert moved that the ordinance be amended and passed on an emergency
<br />basis, since ft is determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the
<br />preservation of the public welfiare, Peace, health and safety of the City by
<br />virtue of the neeessity of making immediate plans for said dinner. Motion was
<br />seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Limpert then moved for suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote

<br />Ordinance No. 66-4 was introduced by Mr. Foltz and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance to be effective , 196 , authorizing and directing
<br />the compulsory retirement for all full time city employees except those employees
<br />covered under City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 65-241.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-5 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance adding to Codified Ordinance No. 305.01 entitled "Traffic Control
<br />Map" and Codified Ordinance No. 305.02 entitled "Traffic Control File" prohibit-
<br />inq a left turn into Brookpark Road from the west bound lane on Lorain Road.
<br />Resolution No. 66-6 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution directing the
<br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the
<br />year 1966, all fiax money due and owing said City from any collection source,
