<br />Mr. Caster moved that James McEnfee be appainted to fhe Board of Building Code
<br />Appea9s for- a tive-year term endfng December 31, 1970. Motion was seconded

<br />Mr. Caster moved that james Prokasy be reappointed to the Planninq Commission
<br />for a five-year term endPng December 31, 1970. Motion was seconded by M•r.

<br />Commission for a six-year term ending December 31,1971. Motian was seconded

<br />It was pointed out that the minutes of the Planning Commission indicate that
<br />it was Mr. Ford's term that expired on December 31, 1965, rather than Mr.
<br />? Prokasy's. The Clerk was instructed to notify the Planning Commisslon
<br />Chairman of the error, after a check of the records.
<br />Mr. Casfier requested that legisiation be prepared for an agr-eement with the
<br />Cuyahoga County Enq9neer for the impcovement of Dover Center Road at the
<br />northerly side of lts intersection with Lorain, and that the Safety-Service
<br />Director suppiy the Law Director with a sample ordinance from The County
<br />Engineer.
<br />President 0'Ne1iR called for nominations for the offlce of President Pro Tem
<br />of Council. Mr. Mangani placed the name of John West in nomination, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert.
<br />Mr. Limpert then moved that the nominatlons be closed. Motion was seconded by
<br />Mr. Eian. "Yeas" Caster°, Eian, Foltz, Hodglns, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved that the vote be cast unanPmously for John West as President
<br />Pro Tem. Motion was seconded by Mr. Limpert. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foitz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. West abstained.
<br />Mr. Limpert ca9led attention to the testimonial dinner to be held for retiring
<br />Police Chief Christman on January 19th at the North Olmsted Sportsmen's Club.
