Bruce Kitchen, Law D1reetor. <br />MinUtes of the meeting of December 7th were corrected as follows: <br />AT the bottom of Page 4, add the following to the paragr-aph on Ordinance No. <br />65-282. "Mr. Foltz moved for suspension of the rule requiring fihree separate readings <br />of The ordinance, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foitz, <br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mre Fo[tz then moved for adoption if <br />the ordinance, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirma+ive vote was Caster, Foltz, <br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />On Paqe 7, fifth paragraph beginninq "Mr. Limpert moved" show that Mr-. West seconded <br />the motion. <br />On Page 7, eighth paragraph also beginning "Mr. Limpert moved" change "file" i-o <br />"f i f I". <br />On Page 6, insert after Ordinance No. 65-290 paragraph, the following report: <br />"Mr. Leonard, Chairman of the Llquor Control Committee, reported that Mr. Kitchen <br />had attended the hearing in Columbus on the application of William Thomas Mack <br />for a liquor license on November 23rd. The application was rejected and denied <br />because the applfcant dId not appear, nor did he comply with various requirements <br />of the Llquor Controi Department". <br />The minutes were then approved as corrected. <br />Safety-Dfrec'ror Limpert suggested that Council consider requirement of a perm'if <br />for the selling of Christmas trees, as is done in neighboring communities. <br />Mr. Limpert alsa requested that pedestrian crossing of Brookpark at Zayre's <br />and Rini's be prohibited, since there have been severai near-accidenfis at th'is <br />poanta <br />Safety-Director Limpert also requested that traffic lights be authorized at <br />, Columbia, Clague, Decker and White#horn, the one at Whitethorn to be a detectc;r- <br />'light, and the one at Decker to be used only during school activities.
