<br />and policemen working for the City of North 0{msted on their off duty hours
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule requir-
<br />ing three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Afr'irmative
<br />vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Llmpert, Manganl, West. Mr. West
<br />then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative
<br />vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-275 was given its second reading. A Resolution proposing to
<br />cooperate with the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in
<br />the preparation of the comprehensive regional plan for transportation, land
<br />use and facilities for the Cleveland seven county region. Mr. Mangani moved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readfngs of the ordinance..
<br />Mr. Leonard seconded the motion. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Mangani then moved for adoption of the
<br />ordinance, seconded by Mr. Leonard. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-279 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to execute a contract with the General Health District of Cuyahoga County
<br />for the year 1966 and declarfng an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readinqs of the ordinance, seconded by
<br />Mrs. Nodgins. Ofirmative vote was Caster, Foitz, Ho,dgins, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Weste Mr. West then moved for adoption of the ordinance on an emergency
<br />basis, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 65-280 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution accepting
<br />the improvement plans for East Park Drive Subdivision, and declaring an
<br />' emergency. Mr. Caster moved fior suspension of the rule requiring three
<br />' separate readings of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative
<br />vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Casi-er
<br />then moved for adoption of fhe resolution, seconded by Mr. Manganl. Afifirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-281 was lntroduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance accepting
<br />for dedication Beaumont Drive from Delmere Drive southwest to fts cul-de-sac,
<br />Rose Tree Subdivision No. 3, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption of the
<br />ordinance, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz,
<br />Hodqins, Leonard, Llmpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-182 was introduced by Mr. Foltz. An Ordinance amending North
<br />Olmsted Codlfied Ordinance, Title Une, Chapter 1301, Section 1301.05, entitied
<br />"Amendments to RegFonal Dwelling House Code" by enacting Paragraph (a)
<br />entitled "Mlnfmum Thickness" which amends Section 1575.10 entitled "Plywood
<br />Roof Sheathing" of the Regional Dwellinq House Code, and declaring an emergency.
