<br />properfiy owners' portion and the City's portion of the cost of improving
<br />Porter Road and Columbia Road between certain termini by constructing side-
<br />walks in said City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension
<br />of the ruYe requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Nc>dgins, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Manganl, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Manganl.

<br />Mr. Foltz requested that the Clerk send a copy of Ordinance No. 65-282 to the
<br />Board of BuiGding Code Appeals.
<br />Mr. Foltz moved that legislation be drawn adopting the Standards of the National
<br />Swimming Pool Institute for Residential Pools toqether with the five additional
<br />recommendations from the Board of Building Code Appeals. Motion was seconded
<br />by Mr. Manganio "Yeas" Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Westo
<br />Mr. West requested emergency legislation be drawn authorizing the Safety-Service
<br />Director to advertise for blds for new tires and tubes durinq 1966.
<br />Mr. West requested emergency legislation be drawn authorizing the Safety-Service
<br />Director to advertise for bids for recapping tires for 1966.
<br />Mr. West requested legislation be drawn authorizing the Safety-Service Director
<br />to advertise for bids for a pick-up truck for the Sewage Treatment Plant.
