<br />cwl Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the designation thereon of
<br />certain lands hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present designa-
<br />tion thereon as Retail Business General to Class "A" Hi-Rise District (Residential),
<br />Mr. Mangani moved for adoption of the ardinance, seconded by Mr, Caster, Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-241 was given its third reading and read in its entirety, An
<br />Ordinance, to be effective February 1, 1966, authorizing and directing the com-
<br />pulsory retirement for all full time members of the City of North 0lmsted Police
<br />Department and Fire Department upon attaining the age of Sixty-Five (65) years.
<br />Mr. Foltz moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr, Limpert. Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Resolution No, 65-264 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution requesting the
<br />Director of Public Service and Public Safety to direct the City Engineer to
<br />prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates for the improvement of Southern
<br />Avenue between McKenzie Road and Decker Road, and declaring an emergency,
<br />Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mra Mangani, Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West, Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring reading in
<br />its entirety, seconded by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins

<br />IWAW% Ordinance No. 65-265 was introduced by Mr. Caste,r. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to enter into an agreement with Olmsted Township which agreement will permit
<br />the Saf ety and Service Department of the City of North Olmsted to clean and maintain
<br />access roads to a portion of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an earergency.

<br />Resolution Noe 65-266 was introduced by Mrs, Hodgins, A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service-Safety to advertise for bids for various types of
<br />insurance on the City`s motor vehicles; equipment, and declarring an emergency.
