Council Francis J. f)'Nei1l; Aenry Caster; Jack F'oltz; Virginia Hodgins; James Leonard; Dewey Limpertt A1ex Mangani; J:c?1n West, Also present: De1-I,farpert, Safety-Service Dfrector; Richarfl Labas, Gfty Engineer; Margare# West, Clerk, Minutes of the meeting of October 19th were corrected on Page 1, third para.- graph from the bottom as follows: delete the words "a police check on cars" and substitute "the powers of the Palice Ghiefv". The m%nutes were then approved as corrected. Mayor Ralph Christman asked for consideration of his recommendation of the appointment of Richard Nelson to the vacancy on the Board nf Znning Appeals, Mr, Caster, Chairman of Appointarents Committee, recommended the appoint- ment and moved that Council approve the appofntment of Mr. Nelson to the Board of Zoning Appeals, to replace Lee Schmitt, Motion was seconded by Mr, West. "Yeas" Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr, IVelson was then sraarn in by the Mayar, and went to join the meeting of the Board t.hen in progress. Safety-Service Director Limgert reported the City wi11 need new insurance coverage on February 2, and requested authorization to advertise for bids. Ordinance No, 65-171 was given its third reading. An Ordinance accepting for dedication West 230th Street of which 568.25 £eet is in Leeland Subdivision No. 3 recorded in Volume 165, Page 35, and the remainder of which is from a point 568,25 feet south of Alexander Road, south to a point which is 2 feo-t north of the southerly boundary line of the Welsh Subdi.vision. Mr. Caster moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Falt2P Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Ordinanee No. 65-225 was given its third reading, An Ordinance accepting for dedication Bentley Drive, from Lorain Road t.o Danberry Drive; Curtis Drive from Bentley Drive to Danberry Drive; Plumwood Drive frwm Bentley Drive to Curtis Drive; Danberry Drive from Bentley Drive to Curtis Drive; Qak Lane from Danberry Drive to a point approximately 145 f'eet caest nf .Oak Ci.rcle; Oak Circle from Oak Lane approximately 170 feet to its terminus; Concord Drive from Danberry Drive approximately 170 feet to the rear line of lots fronting on the easterly side of Danberry Drive, Mr, Caster moved for adoptian of the ordinance, with a second from Mr. Mangani,
