<br />Ordinance No. 65-245 was introduced by Mr. West, An Ordinance amending Ordinance
<br />No. 65-8 enacted January 19, 1965, being "An Ordinance authorizing the acceptanee
<br />by the City of an easement over the property of Joe Hoislbauer, a,k.a. Joseph Bauer,
<br />and Margaret Hoislbauer, for -use in connectfon with easements located in the
<br />Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2, Area No. 3, and declaring an
<br />emergency", and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of the rule requiring reading of the ordinance in f ull, seconded by Mr.

<br />Ordinance No. 65-246 was introduced by Mr. West. Authorizing the Director of Law
<br />of the City of North Olmsted to employ special counsel to assist him in the proceed-
<br />ings for the issuance of sidewalk notes. Mr. West moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Mangani.

<br />of the ordinance, as amended, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was

<br />Mr. West moved that the Fiscal Officer be requested to furnish Council with a
<br />certificate as to the estimated life and maximumum maturity of bonds for the
<br />sidewalk improvement. Said certificate was delivered to Council by the Finance
<br />Director.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-247 was introduced by Mr. West, An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of the levy and
<br />collection of special assessments to pay the property owners' portion and the
<br />City's portion of the cost of constructing certain sidewalks and appurtenant
<br />f acilities in said city, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspensionn
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani, Affirmative vote was Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
