.. <br />0 <br />October 5, 1965 - Page 6 <br />Mr, Labas requested that legislation for dedication of Country Club Boulevard <br />from Lorain to Great Northern Boulevard be considered. <br />Mrs. Hodgins requested that at their meeting on Thursday, October 7, at 8:00 <br />the Finance Committee consider increasing the numbercf school guards in the <br />1966 budget to sixteen, from the twelve approved in Ordinance 65-235. <br />Mr, Mangani reported that the Library Committee has fairly well settled on <br />a floor plan, and are considering building materials. <br />A discussion was held with regard to the October meeting of the Board of Building <br />Code Appeals at which they had discussed the use of premium joint pipe on indivi- <br />dual lots. Attention was called to the amendment to the Platting Ordinance, <br />Ordinance 65-64, which Mr. Kitchen advised covered connectionsfrom the street <br />to the house. <br />Mr. West moved that legislation be drawn ta request the State of Ohio to speed <br />up construction of Interstate 80 through North Olmsted. Motion was seconded <br />by Mr, Leonard. Affirmative vote was R3tz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />West. <br />Mr, Foltz presented information received from the Cleveland Electric Illuminating <br />Company Suburban Development Division regarding installation of temporary lights <br />in new developments. <br />Mr. Mangani regorted that he had attended the last Planning Cammission meeting, <br />IV at *,,hich the matter of reserving lots for streets came up, The Planning Com- <br />mission has presented a plan of procedure, which the City Planning Committee of <br />Council will study. <br />Mrs. Hodgins requested that legislation be prepared for the final dedication of <br />Candlelight Subdivision No, 2, <br />Mrs. Hodgins also requested that legislation be prepared for final dedication of <br />Country Club Boulevard, <br />Mr. Limpert moved for excusing the absence of Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Foltz. <br />"Yeas" Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, <br />Mr, West moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Mangani.
