<br />Ordinance No. 65-221 was introduced by Mr. Foltz and put on first reading, An
<br />Ordinance amending the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances by establishing sectfons
<br />1333.02 and 1333.99(b) entitled "Moving of Buildingd'by regulating the moving of
<br />Buildings over; along or across streets and alleys in the City of North Olmsted;
<br />providing for protection to the City from daiages arising out of such operation;
<br />authorizing the City Building Commissioner to issue permits; providing for enforce-
<br />ment and prescribing penaltfes for the violatfon of its provisions, and declaring
<br />an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 65-222 was introdueed by Mr, Mangani. A Resolution, approving far
<br />record purposes only, the proposed subdivision known as Bretton Ridge No, 4, and
<br />declaring an emergency, Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. West, that the rule

<br />An Ordinance accepting for dedication West 237th Street from Lorain Road to
<br />Reed Avenue.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-224 was introdueed by Mrs. Hodgins. An Ordinance accepting for
<br />dedication Lebern Drive from Walter Road to Hawkins Avenue; Vincent Drive from
<br />Lebern Drive to Hawkins Avenue; Hawkins Avenue from Robixison Avenue to rear line of
<br />lots fronting on south side of Lebern Drive and declaring an emergency. Mrs.
<br />Hodgins moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the rule requiring three separate

<br />Curtis Drive from Bentley Drive to Danberry Drive; Plumwood Drive from Bentley Drive
<br />to Curtis Drive; Danberry Drive from Bentley Drive to Curtis Drive; Oakland Drive
<br />from Danberry Drive to a point approximately 145 feet west of Oak Circle; Oak Circle
<br />from Oak Lane approxfmately 170 feet to its terminus; Concord Drive f rom Danberry
<br />Drive approximately 145 feet to the rear line of lots fronting on the easterly side
<br />of Danberry Drive.
