<br />Mr, Mangani, Chairman of City Planning Committee, reported on communications
<br />received from Carroll V. Hill and the Regional Planning Commission on the pro-
<br />posed master plan, Further study of each proposal is under way, and application
<br />for the Federal Grant will probably be postponed until January 1, 1966,
<br />The Clerk read a letter received from Deerpath Development Co., regarding their
<br />petition to change the name of West 237th Street to Deerpath Lane. The matter
<br />was referred to the City Planning Committee of Council and to the Planning
<br />Commission for their consideration. Safety-Service Director Limpert went on
<br />record as being opposed to the change, mainly because of the similarity of names
<br />which is confusing in times of emergency.
<br />Mr. Ernest Parker, 5378 Columbia Road, asked whether there was an ordinance
<br />setting forth requirements for tying into the sewer, and was referred to the
<br />sheet prepared by the Building Department and mailed to property owners at the
<br />time notice of the necessity for connecting to the sewer is mailede
<br />Mr, Ray Dykes, 25136 Kennedy Rfdge Road, suggested that to alleviate the problem
<br />of students driving to school, only those who are working and who f urnish a note
<br />from their employer be allowed to drive to school, He also requested information
<br />on the proposed new 252 route, and was advised by the Mayor that there is nothing
<br />new or definite on this change.
<br />Ordinance No, 65-211 was given its second reading„ An Ordinance accepting for
<br />dedication Vincent Drive, from Hawkins Avenue to Clague Road.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-217 was given its second reading and read in full. Providing
<br />for the issuance of $123,000 Second Mortgage Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, of
<br />the City of North Olmsted under Section 12, Article XVIII of the Constitttion of
<br />the State of Ohio for the purpose of constructing improvements to the municipal sanitary
<br />sewerage system; to authorize the execution of a mortgage of said system and the
<br />extensions and improvements thereto, and the revenues thereof to secure said bonds;
<br />to define the terms of a f ranchise under which, in case of foreclosure, the purchaser
<br />may operate said system; and to provide, in event of default, for the appointment of
<br />a receiver to administer said system.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-219 was introduced by Mr. West, Authorizing the Director of Law
<br />of the City of North Olmsted to employ special counsel to assist him in the proceed-
<br />ings for the issuance nf a$135,325 Water Main Note, and declaring an emergency.
