Signs°° along Lorain east of Dover as befng <br />no longer needed now that street signs are erected, He aYso requested that <br />l.egislation be drawn setting a pay rate of $3.00 for firemen working as <br />inspectors under the blasrng permit requireci in Ordinance 65m105. <br />City Engineer Labas reported that the Soasthern Avenue Subdivis ion plans 9 <br />specificatfons and estimate of cost are on file at City Hally that the starm <br />sewer plans-, etc, on lthe abmve are also on file at Ca.ty Hally that he has <br />ftxrnished Council eaath his groaect status z°eport No, 3; that the 1965 si3ewalk <br />estimate has been revised to show the sidec,ialks fnstalled by the property <br />owners and is nosa orc file at City Hall; and he. requested that legislation be <br />prepared for final acceptance and dedfcation of Libby-Lee Subdivision; Candle- <br />light Subdivasgon; and Treelane Subdivi??iom #2. <br />Mrs, Hodgins, Ghairman9 Safety, Eealth and Welfare Coanmittee, reparted her cmm- <br />mittee met dn August 28, at 8:00 P?M,, Wit.i Chairman'Hodgins and Dewey LYmpert, <br />Polfce Chief Chrbstman and Safety-Service Director Limpert present, 7Chey <br />revieraed Ordinance 64A179, ttte bicycle ordiaaance, and faund it adequate, They <br />revfewed Ordinance 64-178, ti?e m??orcycle ordinance, a?d unanimously recommend <br />addition of a paragraph regarding disturbing the pea?e with a vehicle9 which <br />the Zaw Director wrfll be requested to prepare, <br />The Committee also agreed with the request of the Safety-Service Director to <br />authorize an unlimited number of school guards, rather than the present limit <br />, of ten, <br />?. <br />
