<br />basis, and that the effective date be October l, 1965, Motion was seconded

<br />Ordinance NO, 65-212, as amended, was introduced by Mr. Limpert, An Ordinance
<br />amending Ordinance No< 63-158 enacted July 16, 1963 entitled "An Ordinance fixing
<br />the rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus
<br />Line on and after June 27, 1960" by fixing new rates of fare for transportation
<br />;ervice on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line on and after October 1., 1965,
<br />and declaring an emergeney, It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr.. Foltz,
<br />that the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance be suspended.

<br />Resolution No, 65-213 was introduced by Mr, Limpert. A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Mayor to amend an existing contract between the City of North Olmsted
<br />and the City of Fairview Park adjusting rates of fare for transportation
<br />service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Foltz, that the rule requiring
<br />three separate readings of the resolution be suspended. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Manganf, West. Motion was
<br />made by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Foltz, that the rule requiring reading
<br />of the resolution in its entirety be suspended. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Mr, Limpert then moved for
<br />the adoption, seconded by Mr. Foltz, Affirmative vote thereon was Caster,

<br />Resolution No. 65-214 was fntroduced by Mr. Caster, A Resolution accepting
<br />the site for the Dover Road Life Station and authorizing the Mayor to accept
<br />and execute all necessary documents to facilitate the transfer of same and
<br />declaring an emergency. Motion was made by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani, to suspend the rule requiring three separate readings of the resolution.

<br />Code of the City of North Olmsted, Chapter 301 by establishing Section 301018
<br />entitled One Way Traffic and renumbering the present Section 301,18 to 301.19
