<br />Mr, Mangani moved that legislation be drawn approving for record purposes
<br />only Bretton Ridge #4, Motion was seconded by Mr. West, "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Zeonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr, Leonard reported that at the last joint swimming gool committee meeting
<br />it was suggested that the Recreatinn Commission and t.he School Baard give ttie
<br />City something in writing to certify their intent and how far their respon
<br />s ibil ity would go e Mr. Leonard then read letter receiued f iom the Reereat. r-!.:

<br />Mr. Caster requested legislation be drawn for the dedication uf Libby--Lee
<br />Subdivision; Canrlelight Subdivision; and Treelane #2,
<br />After a discussion as to recent rtzlings by the Board of 2oning Appeals and
<br />t?e Board of Bui.lding Code Appeals, the Mayor stated he would arrange a meet-
<br />ing with the Boards to go over their responsibilitfes, and Council will be
<br />natified of the time and place.
<br />Mr. Foltz requested that street signs be erected on West 237th, Arlington,
<br />Randall, Mitchell and any other streets in the area, sinee i.n a recent emergency
<br />a private ambulance had difficulty in finding the house they were looking far.
<br />Since these are not yet dedicated streets, it was determined that the developer
<br />should be contacted on the matter,
<br />Mrs. Hodgins requested that legislation be drawn adding into the motorcycle
<br />ordinance a paragraph regarding disturbing the peace. '
<br />Mrs, Hodgins also referred ta a letter from the Police Chief referring to
<br />changing to an unlimited number of school guards instead of ten.
<br />Mrs. Hodgins stated on behalf of Councfl as a whole she would like to extend
<br />thanks to the Charter Review Commission for all the time and work they put
<br />in on the proposed revisions.
<br />It was moved by Mra West, secnnded by Mr. Foltz that the meeting be adjaurned
