<br />Resolution No. 65-178 was introduced by Mr. Caster and put on first
<br />reading. Resolution authorizing the purchase by the City of three
<br />graves in Lot No. 101 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Margaret
<br />Lyndes,
<br />Resolution No. 65-179 was introduced by Mr. Caster and put on first
<br />reading. A Resolution declaring certain abutting property on Butternut
<br />Ridge to be in the unsewered section of the City and not to subject to
<br />assessment for lateral sewers on Butternut Ridge or to sanitary sewer
<br />service charges.
<br />President 0'Neill suggested that Mr. Limpert and Mr. Leonard be appointed
<br />to the governing board of the swimming pool, and that a meeting to resolve
<br />questions as to the way the pool will be run be held soon with the School
<br />Board and the Recreation Commission. Mr. Leonard requested that the Clerk
<br />write to the Board of Education and the Recreation Commission setting up
<br />a meeting for the f irst Tuesday in August at 8:00 P.M. at City Hall. He
<br />also invited all of Council to be present..
<br />Mr. West moved that legislation be drawn authorizing the Safety-Service
<br />Director to advertise for 1,000 yards of cinders. Motion was seconded
<br />by Mr, Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr, West moved that the Safety-Service Director be authorized to advertise
<br />for 500 tons of salt. Motion was seconded by Mr, Caster, "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr. Caster movdd that legislation be+.prepared to accept for dedication
<br />Franklin Brothers Subdivision. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani.

<br />Mr, Caster moved that legislation be prepared to accept for dedication
<br />Manning-Campbell #7. Motion was seconded by Mr, Mangani. "Yeas" Caster,

<br />Mr, Caster moved that in the absence of the Clerk of Council, for the
<br />month of August, that Louise Hall be appointed Deputy Clerk. "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr. Leonard moved that the absences of Mr. Foltz and Mr. Limpert be
<br />excused. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani, West,
<br />Mr. West moved for adjournment of the meeting, seconded by Mr, Caster,
