MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED July 13, 1965 8:00 P.M. An ordiriance amending S6et1_(.n 339.09(a) of the North Olmsted Traffic Code, entitled "Removal of Excess Load; information as to contents," and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Hodgins and seconded by Mr. Caster that the rule requiring three separate readings be suspended. Affirmative vote was Caster, Hodgins, Leonard T.,impert, Mangani, West, It was moved by Mrs. Hodgins, seconded b,y r1r. Caster, that the rule requir- ing reading of the ordinance in its entir.ety be suspendecl. Affirmative vote was Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
