<br />solicitation of unnatural sexual act", and enacting new 3ection 521,045, entitled
<br />"Obscene language" and declaring an emergency, Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr.
<br />Limpert, moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the
<br />ordinance. Affirmative vote was Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,

<br />in the daytime or night season to commit personal violence," and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings be suspended. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster, that the rule requiring the reading of the ordinance in its
