An ordinance amending Section <br />521.05 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled "Indecent Exposure; <br />solicitation of unnatural sexual act", and enacting new 3ection 521,045, entitled <br />"Obscene language" and declaring an emergency, Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. <br />Limpert, moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the <br />ordinance. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the rule <br />requiring three separate readings be suspended. Affirmative vote was Caster, <br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded <br />by Mr. Caster, that the rule requiring the reading of the ordinance in its <br />entirety be suspended.
