Matia, State Senator, in which he <br />acknowledged reeeipt of Resolution No. 65-147 opposing Senate Bill 333, and in <br />which he also stated that he also was opposed to the bill. <br />Mr. Ernest Parker, 5378 CoIumbia Road, addressed questbmns fio Mr. Mangani as to <br />cluster development,s, and requests for rezoning to hi--risea <br />Mr, Wilbur Grentzer, 5656 Wtiitehaven, asked about the vacation af the roads, and <br />whether this released the city from obligation to keep them up, <br />Patrolman Larsen from tne Po"1?ce Department asked what had been approved by <br />Council in the way of raises for the members cf the department, since their <br />meetings with the Finance and 5afety Committees on this matter, <br />A meeting of the Finance Gommittee and the Safety Committee with representatives <br />of the Pnlice and Fire Departments was set for $:15 P.M, Monday9 July 12th. All <br />intetested persons will be notif ied by the ClerkT <br />Introduction of legislation numbered 65-151 thraugh 65-158 was postponed until <br />the next meeting cf Cauncil. <br />Ordinance No. 65-159 was intraduced by Mrs. Hodgins and put on ff.rst reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 339,03 of the North Olmsted Traffic CQde, entitZed <br />"Maximum Width, Height and Length't. <br />Ordinance No. 65-160 was inltroduced by Mr. Limpert and piit on f irst reading. <br />An Ordinance eorrecting and amending Section 1& 2 of Ordfnance No. 65-67 enacted <br />May 1, 1965, which amended Ordinance No, 64-207 enacted September 15, 1964, <br />being an ordinance determzning the amount the City of North Olmsted should <br />pay towards the Blue Crass Hospitalization premiums of policemen and firemen. <br />Ordinance No. 65-161 was introduced by Mr. Limpert and put on first reading. <br />An Ordinance correcting and amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 65-83 enacted <br />April 6, 1965, which amended Ordil?a?,e:. No. 64-96 incorporated in the Codif ied <br />Ordinances particularly Tftle 5y Cha?wr163, Section 163.04 entitled "Insurance <br />on employees of the Municipal Bus Lines'"e <br />Resolution No. 65-162 was introduce,d by Mr. Caster and put on first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Di.reetor of Pub1ic Service and Ptablic Safety to <br />advertise for bids for two automobi.les for the P(;)lice Department. <br />Mr, Limpert moved that the Finance Director be requested to furnish a Fiscal <br />Officer's certificate in connection wbth the proposed issue of bonds £or <br />constructing water mains in Barton Road and certain other streets.
