An Ordinance authdrizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. <br />231-5-57, being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral <br />and declaring an emergency, Mr. Foltz moved for suspension of the rule requir- <br />ing three separate readings di the ordinance, seconded by Mrsa Hodgins. <br />Affirmative vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />West, Mr. Foltz moved for suspension of the rule requiring reading of the <br />ordinance in its entirety, seconded by Mrs, Hodgins, Affirmative vote was <br />Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Foltz then <br />moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mrs, Hadgins.
