<br />Ordinance No. 65-127 was introduced by Mr. Fo?tz. An Ordinance authdrizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />231-5-57, being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral
<br />and declaring an emergency, Mr. Foltz moved for suspension of the rule requir-
<br />ing three separate readings di the ordinance, seconded by Mrsa Hodgins.
