<br />following legislation was drawn up to bring the city statutes into conformity
<br />with state statutes, This is a part of the recodifying being done by Walter
<br />Drane & Co. After some discussion, the Safety Committee Chairman, Mrs, Hodgins,
<br />recommended that the legislation be passed on an emergency basis,

<br />Section 335.08 of the North Olmsted Traffic Code, entitled "Stopping after
<br />accident or collision" and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for
