<br />The Clerk read a letter from Building Commiasioner Gundy regarding a
<br />petition requesting demolition and removal of a dog houee at 5830 Suneet
<br />Oval. He reported the property has changed handa and he is unable to
<br />contact the new owners by phone. Mr. Foltz further reported that at the
<br />preseht time the house bears a red *ticker f orbidding occupancy until the
<br />atructure is removed. Mr. Foltz further suggested that Mr. Gundy ao
<br />notify the new owners by regiatered mail,

<br />from North Olmsted High School who were preaent at the meeting.
<br />Mr. Frank Pinkham, 6595 Barton Road, called Council's attention to the
<br />aewer construction and the probleme it is creating on that etreet,suggesting
<br />that perhaps Cotancil could appoint a committee to check out and correct
<br />complaints. It was auggested that promDt reporting of complainta to either
<br />Councilman West or the Safety-Service Director would be appreciated, and
<br />thattera would be taken care of. Every effort will be made to hold incon-
<br />venience to a minimum,

<br />Codif ied Ordinance Title Seven, Chapter 351 entitled "Parking Generally"
<br />bk adding Sections 351,13, 351.14 and 351,15 relating to parking regulations
<br />during heavy snow storms.

<br />Ordinance No. 65-100 was introduced by Mr. Mangani, An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing and directing the cancellation of special aseeaements on Permanent
<br />Parce3' No, 231-22-43 being an asseaement for preparation of plane and
<br />specif ications for sanitary aewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. ;4angani
<br />moved f or suspenaion of the rule requiring three separate readinge of the
<br />ordinance, seconded by Mr. Weat, Aff irmative vote thereon was Caeter,
