Mrs. Jean Gerlach, representing the Charter Review Commission, reposted that they would not be meeting for the next two weeks, due to the public hearing scheduled for May 6th and the Sesqui-Centennial Dinner scheduled for May 13th. They will reeonvene mn May 20th. They have f inished wath oral hearings and requeat that any new suggeations be submitted in writing frmm now on. Mr. West, after a di9cussion on the subject of dogs runmbng loose, asked that the problem be referred to the Legislative Commbttee for a revs.ew of other legislation on the subject, with emphasis on rdvasing the penalty clause to make it automatic that the for the first offense they have to pay $5.00 or a similar penalty. Motion was seconded by Mr. Castere "yeas" Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. The request f or two new police cars contained in the Safety-Service Director's report was referred to the Finance Committee f.or possible action. Mr. I,impert reported receipt of a request from the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District regarding vacation of portions of Elmhurst Avenue and Broxbourne. Two letters from the Board of Building Cmde Appeals, referring to changes they recommend in the Regional House Code on sewer builders and grounding, were referred to the Legislative Committee for study. A letter received from Blosaom Land Corporation regarcling Walter Maple Sub- diviaion was put in the Engineer's hands f or investigati.on. Mr. Caster moved that legislation be prepared showing mur intention to co- operate with the Cmunty on the improvement of the Bradley Road Culvert.
