They will reeonvene mn May 20th. They have f inished wath oral hearings <br />and requeat that any new suggeations be submitted in writing frmm now on. <br />Mr. West, after a di9cussion on the subject of dogs runmbng loose, asked <br />that the problem be referred to the Legislative Commbttee for a revs.ew of <br />other legislation on the subject, with emphasis on rdvasing the penalty <br />clause to make it automatic that the for the first offense they have to <br />pay $5.00 or a similar penalty.
