<br />Great Northern Boulevard from Lorain to Brookpark to General Retail
<br />Busatiess.
<br />The commfttee also discussed t.he setbaek on sfde streets on corner lots,
<br />on which there seems to be some misunderstandings. The language of Ord.
<br />No. 62-33 is not elear, but has been interpreted by the Building Commis-
<br />si.oner as setting a 25-foot minimum setback on sidestreets of corner lots,
<br />whereas the Law Director interprets Ord, 64-95 to make the setback the
<br />same as the setback for houses an the side street. Both 62-33 and 64-95
<br />would have to be changed to clear this matter up,
<br />The committee will also bring up Sendy Ridge and Grest. Ncr•thern plats,
<br />which have been approved by the Planning Commission, An¢i ask for legislation.
<br />Harold Huff appeared before Council on behalf of the bus drivers to extend
<br />thefr thanks for the reeent Safety Award dinner which the drivers and their
<br />wives attended.
