<br />ing the preliminary plan for Sandy Ridge, This was approved, referring to
<br />Planning Commission recomme.ndations, The Planning Commission approved with
<br />the condition that in effect there be an additbonal street access on Canterbury
<br />before btzilding permits were issa;ed in this area, Mr, Mangani answered that
<br />it was apprroved on the basis of being a preliminary plat, with the matter of
<br />the roaelway befng worked at the stage wh.en i.mprovement p1ans are prepared.
