<br />There was a discussbon of the requESt for Iegislation regarding the accumula-
<br />tion of time off by members of the. Safety Department, It was recommended by
<br />Fire Chief Bement that the permitted time accumulations be stated per hour,
<br />and not per day.
<br />Mr. C. 0, Fischer, 23203 Lorain, asked about the status of legislation on the
<br />acceptance of the package plant and acceptance of dedfcation of North Park,
<br />He was advised it will be coming up, probably at. the next Council meeting<
<br />Ordinance No. 64-281 was given its third reading, A Resolution accepting the
<br />improvement plans for Brettmn Ridge Subdivision No, 3. Mr. Mangani moved for
<br />acoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Leonard, Affirmatfve vote thereon
<br />was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Manganf, West.
<br />Resolution No. 64-331 was given its tfiird reading. A Resolution approving, for
<br />record purposes only, the praposed subdivisfon known as Southern Avenue Subdi-
<br />vision, Mr. Caster moved for adoptimn of the ResoTution, seconded by Mr. Mangani.
<br />Affirmative vote thereon was Casterp Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Manganf,
<br />West,
<br />Ordinance No. 65-3 was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting for
<br />dedication Camellia Lane, Nandina Drive, Azalea Lane, Oring Road from Martin
<br />Drive to Azalea Lane, Wisterfa Drive from Gamell.ia Lane, East, approximately
<br />3510 feet, Gardenia Drive from Azalea Lane, East, approximately 700 feet, in
<br />the North Park Estates Subdivision Noe 1.
<br />Ordinance No. 65-8 was introduced by Mr. Castera An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />acceptance by the City of an easement over the property of Joe Hoislbauer,
<br />a,k,a, Joseph Bauer, and Margaret Hoislbauer, for use in connection with the
<br />easements located in the Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivfbion No. 2, Area No.
<br />3 and declaring an emergeney. Mr. Caster maved fmr suspension of the rule re-
<br />quiring three separate readings of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was Caster, Folt.z9 Hodgzns, Lemnard, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Mr. Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requiring reading of the
<br />ordinance in its entirety, seconded by Mre West. Af 5rmative vote was Caster,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mse Gaster then moved for
<br />adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West, Affirmative vote thereon
<br />was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins9 Leonardp Limpert, Ma.ngani9 West.
<br />Ordinance No, 65-9 was introduced by Mr. West, A Resolution accepting the
<br />amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Coinmission and authorizing the
<br />necessary tax levies and certifyfng them to the County Auditor, Mr. West
<br />moved that the rule that requires three separate readings of the Ordinance
<br />be suspended, seconded by Mr. Limpert., Affirmat.fve vote thereon was Caster,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Zeonard, Limpert, Manganf, West, Mr. West then moved for sus-
<br />pension of the rule requiring reading of the ordinance in its entirety, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limgert, Affirmative vote was CasterQ Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoptfon of the ordinance, seconded by
