<br />? Mr. West moved that Finance Director be requested to.-furnish a Fiscal
<br />Officer's Certificate for Note Ordinance No, 68-211. Motion seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />West. Mr. Gerlach furnished certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-211 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of
<br />the levy and collection of special assessments t:o pay the property owners'
<br />portion and the City's portion of the cost of improving Dover Center Road
<br />by constructing a sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension oi= rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodg.i.n?, Liinpert, Miller, West.
<br />Mr. West moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West.
<br />Under old business, Mr. West requested Acting City Engineer Karhan to contact
<br />proper person regarding Engoglia Subdivision to set up meeting with Engineer
<br />and Mr. West to see what can be done about getting subdivision dedicated. Mr.
<br />West made inquiry about trees which should have been planted by this time, and
<br />requested Service Director Watts to check into project.
<br />Mr. Eian moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that a"No Left Turn" sign be in-
<br />stalled prohibiting turn from Butfiernut into Dover from 7:30 - 9:00 a,m.

<br />Mr. Eian moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Traffic Control Map and
<br />File be amended to include "No Parking" - 7o30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Burns,
<br />South Porter, Decker and Midvale. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, West.
<br />Mayor Christman said Mr. Prokasy had asked him to mention that`date af
<br />December lOth, 8:30 p.m., had been set for combiried meeting of Council,
<br />Planning Commission, Administration and Regiona? Piatining to go over the
<br />Design & Platting Committee's recommendations for changes in retail business,
<br />off-street parking and multi;:family codes, dated November 20, 1968.
<br />Mr. West moved to excuse absences of President of Council 0'Neill and Council-
<br />man Prokasy. Mr. Caster seconded motion. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West.
<br />Mr. West moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Mitler, West.
