<br />Ordinance No. 68-205 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first read-
<br />ing. An Ordinance accepting for dedication Christman Drive, Stewart prive,
<br />Somerset Drive, Sutton Drive, Hastings Drive and Stafford Drive, Bretton
<br />Ridge Subdivision No. l; Stafford Drive, Christman Drive, Sutton Drive, and
<br />Cambridge Drive, Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 2; Surrey Drive, Brighton Drive,
<br />Cambridge Drive, and Sutton Drive, Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 3; Bretton
<br />Ridge Drive, Warrington Drive, Dorchester Drive, Westminister prive, Wellington
<br />arive, Huntington Drive and Chadbourne Drive, Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 4.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-206 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance appropriating
<br />$300.00 for the Bus Orivers Safety Award Dinner to be he]d in February 1969,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved t=or suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West. Mr, Limpert then moved for adoption of Ordin-
<br />ance, seconded by Mr, West. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, West.
<br />Resolution No. 68-207 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution accepting the
<br />amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the
<br />Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor (O.F. Schools).
<br />Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West>
<br />Mr. West then moved for adoption of the Resotution, seconded by Mr. Limpert,
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West.
<br />Resolution No. 68-203 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution accepting the
<br />amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the
<br />necessary tax levies and certifying them to the Caunty Auditor. Mr. West then
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs.

<br />Resolution No. 68-209 was introduced by Mr. Miller. A Resolution declaring the
<br />intent to cooperate and participate with the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating
<br />Agency, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Miller moved for suspension of rule re-
<br />quiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Nodgins, Limpert, Miller, West. Mr. Miller then moved for adoption of Resolu-
<br />tion,seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miiler, West.
<br />Mr, West moved that the Finance Director be requested to furnish a Fiscal
<br />Officer's Certificate for Note Ordinance Noo 68-210. Motion seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgiris, Limpert, Miller, West.
<br />Mre Gerlach furnished certificate.
<br />Ordinance No, 68-210 was then introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of the levy
<br />and collection of special assessments to pay the property owners' portion and
<br />the City's portion of the cost of improving Southern Avenue by installing a
<br />storm sewer, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative
<br />vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West. Mr. West then moved far
<br />adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr, Caster, Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West.
