<br />Resolution No. 68-191, which had been introduced by Mr. Prokasy, was given
<br />ets second readdng. A Resolu*_ion amending Resolution tJo. 66-87 enacted
<br />April 5, 1966, and entitled "A Resolution accepting for record purposes
<br />only Olmsted Woods Subdivision; vacating Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdi-
<br />vision No. 2; approved by Resolution No. 63-137; vacating Beverly Hills
<br />Subdivision No. 2 Extension, approved by Resolution No.65-17, and declar-
<br />ing an emergency," and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-199 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first
<br />reading, "An Ordinance establishing 713 of the Codified Ordinance ofi the
<br />City of North Olmsted entitled'Regulations and Minimum Requirements for
<br />Apartment Houses, Rental Dwellings, Rooming Houses, Dormitories and Ac-
<br />cessory Sleeping Quarters for Non-Transients, containing 4 or more units.' "
<br />Ordinance No. 68-200 was introduced by Mr. Miller and given its first
<br />reading, "An Ordinance enacting Chapter 1331 nf Title Seven of the Codified
<br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted by establishing the procedure and
<br />standards for the inspection, repair, vacation, and demolition of dangerous
<br />or unsafe buildings; providing for the appeals from the orders of the Build-
<br />ing Commissioner by establishing a Board of Appeals; repealing Sections 1331,01
<br />to 1331.06, inclusive, of Chapter 1331 Title Seven of the Codified Ordinances
<br />of the City of North Olmsted."
<br />Ordinance No. 68-201 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the Mayor to sign an agreement with Blossom Land Corporation, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separ-
<br />ate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Miller, West. Mro West then moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West.
<br />Resolution No. 68-202 was introduced by Mr, Caster. A Resolution repealing
<br />68-181, enacted November 6, 1968 and entitled "A Resolution accepting Lindsay
<br />Subidvision for Recording Purposes Only, and declaring an emergency," Mr.
<br />Caster moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr, West. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West.
<br />Mr. Caster then moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. West. Affirma-

<br />Ordinance No. 68-203 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance vacating Lamont
<br />Drive and the southerly portion of Westview Drive in the City of North Olmsted,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West, Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption qf Ordin-
<br />arice, seconded by Mro West. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, West.
<br />Ordinance Noo 68-204 was introduced by Mr. Caster, An Ordinance vacating approxi-
<br />mately 225 feet of the westerly end of Mitchell Drive, and declaring an emergency.
