<br />be put on second reading at next meeting of Council,
<br />Ordinance No0 68-156, which had been introduced by Mr. West, was
<br />geven its thard reading. An Ordinance estab?eshing the Public Works
<br />Division o{ the City of North Olmsted, settang forth the personnel
<br />needed as to the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department,
<br />Building Nlaintenance Department, and the Sanitary Sewer System of the
<br />Pubiic Works Davision, setting forth the remuneration of all employees
<br />in the Public Works Division, and declaring an emergencyo Mr. West
<br />moved for the adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Af-

<br />Ordinance No. 68-157, which had been introduced by Mr. West, was given
<br />its third reading. An Ordinance establishing the Organizational Chart
<br />for the Engineering Department of the City of North Otmsted and setting
<br />forth the compensation to be paid employees thereof, and repealing
<br />Ordinance No, 68-15 and declaring an emergencya Mre West moved for
<br />adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster, Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Esan, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, Westo
<br />Resolution No, 68-131, "A Resolution declaring the intent to cooperate
<br />and participate with the Northeast Ohio areawide Coordinating Agency,
<br />was voted to be tabled. Mro Miller moved to table this resolution,
<br />seconded by Nlr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, Westo
<br />Resolution No. 68-170 was introduced by Mr. Castere A Resolution de-
<br />claring the sntention of Council to appropriate certain easements for
<br />the construction of sewers and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster
<br />moved for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by NSr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Lim-
<br />pert, Miller, prokasy, West. Mro Caster then moved for adoption of the
<br />resolutoon, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgens, Lampert, Mi ller, Prokasy, West<
<br />Mro West moved that Finance Director be requested to furnish Fiscal
<br />Officer's certification in connection with ncate ordinance 68-171.

<br />Ordinance No, 68-171 was then introduced by Mr. West, An Ordinance
<br />authorizing the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of
<br />bonds and of the levy and collection of special assessments to pay the
<br />cost of improving Dover Center Road and Kennedy Ridge Road between
<br />certain termini by constructing sidewalks in said City, and declaring
