<br />Resolution No. 68-182 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution approv-
<br />ing the report of the Assessment Equalization Board on objection5 con-
<br />cerning the estimated assessments for the Dover Center Road sidewalk im-
<br />provement, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for the suspen-
<br />sion of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr,

<br />Ordinance Noo 68-183 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance determin-
<br />ing to proceed with the construction of a concrete sidewalk on the easte.rly
<br />side of Dover Genter Road between Lorain Road and Butternut Ridge Road in
<br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergqncy. Mr. Caster
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded

<br />Officer's certification in connection with Note Ordinance No. 68-184,

<br />the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of the

<br />sidewalks in various areas of the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr.
