<br />Ordinance No. 68-126, which had been introduced by Mr. Miiler, was given
<br />its second reading, An Ordinance authorizing the impounding of any shop-
<br />pang cart obstructing or litcering the right-of-wey o{ public streets,
<br />sedewalks, ar publwr grouncis in the City of North Olmsted, Uhio.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-1555 which had been introduced by Mro West, was g'sver its
<br />second readingo An Urdinar:ce adopting an organizational chart for the
<br />Admenestrat:on to be headed by the Mayor as provided for in Article III,
<br />Section 1 t;arouah 5, inclusive, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsr.ed
<br />and in addition thereto providing positions for employees of this Department,
<br />and declaring an emergency.
<br />Oruinance No. 68-156, which had been introduced by Mr. West, was given its
<br />second reading. An Ordinance establishing the Public Works Division of
<br />t;,e City of North Olmsted, setting forth the personnel needed as to the
<br />Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance
<br />Gepartment, and the Sanitary Sewer System of the Public Works Division,
<br />setting forth the remuneration of all employees in the Public Works Divi-
<br />sion, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-157, which had been introduced by Mr. West, was given its
<br />second readingo An Ordinance establishing the Organizational Chart for the
<br />Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted and setting forth the
<br />compensation to be paid employees thereof, and repealing Ordinance No. 68-1';-,
<br />and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-154 was introduced by Mr. Caster, An Ordinance levying
<br />special assessments for the improvement of Southern Avenue in the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, between certain termini by installing a storm sewer
<br />and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency, Mr. Caster moved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mro West. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy,
<br />West, Mro Caster then moved to adopt ordinance, seconded by Mr. Westa Af-
<br />fermative vote Caster°, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West,
<br />Ordinance No. 68-162 was introduced by Mr. Eian, "Giveng the consent of the
<br />City of North Olmsted to the removal of snow and ice from certain roads w+th-
<br />ira the City for years 1968-1969." Mr. Eian moved for the suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr, Limpert. Affirmative

<br />for the adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mro Limpert, Affirmative vote
