<br />Resolution Noe 68-164 was introduced by Mr. Castere AResolution ap-
<br />pointing an Assessment Equalization Board to hear objections relative
<br />to the improvement of Dover Center Road and certain other streets and
<br />public easements by constructing sanitary 9ewers, sewer curb connections,
<br />and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergencyo Mr. Caster
<br />moved for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Prokasy, Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mi11er, Prokasy, West, Mr. Caster then moved for adoption of the resolu-

<br />special assessments for the construction of sidewatks on Dover Center
<br />Road and Kennedy Redge Road, and declaring an emergencyo Mr. Caster
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded

<br />Resolution No. 68-166 was introduced by Mra Caster. A Resolution amend-
<br />ing Section 1 of Resolution No. 68-145 adopted September 3, 1968, to de-
<br />lete the Barton Road Sidewalks from the projsct, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requirsng three separate

<br />ing to proceed with the improvement of Decker Road between certain termini
<br />in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by constructing sidewalks, and declar-
<br />ing an emergencyo Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring

<br />Under old business, Mr. Caster said he wanted to discuss both the Equaliza-
<br />tion Board Report and the Mayor's letter to Council of October 15th regard-
<br />ing recommendation of Equalization Board. Mro Caster thinks we can still
<br />proceed at this time, with at least part of work to be done, and committee
<br />
