<br />and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergencyo Mr. Caster

<br />Resolution No. 68-166 was introduced by Mra Caster. A Resolution amend-
<br />ing Section 1 of Resolution No. 68-145 adopted September 3, 1968, to de-
<br />lete the Barton Road Sidewalks from the projsct, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requirsng three separate

<br />Under old business, Mr. Caster said he wanted to discuss both the Equaliza-
<br />tion Board Report and the Mayor's letter to Council of October 15th regard-
<br />ing recommendation of Equalization Board. Mro Caster thinks we can still
<br />proceed at this time, with at least part of work to be done, and committee
